All Equity Solutions investments must satisfy our ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) socially responsible investment ethos.

We take a long-term view of the investments and projects we are involved in and strive to help improve the communities in which we work.

Our investment and development decisions have always been driven by the need to maximise social value outputs and outcomes and make a sustainable impact.

As an example, our healthcare portfolio is strategically located to create the maximum social value and community impact, serving the health care needs of targeted areas of economic and health deprivation in the context of higher than UK average population growth and long-term health needs.

All assets have been built to the highest standard of environment performance in place at the time with a variety of sustainability / carbon reduction design features. Ongoing estate improvements continue to help deliver our public sector partners Net Zero Carbon agendas.

All our Buildings are ‘Smart” and are monitored 24/7 by our Asset Management Team. They all currently operate at less than 50% of their initial forecast carbon footprint and we are working to improve their environmental performance further.

Our ESG approach and the successful performance of our investments and our assets under management has earned us national recognition amongst our peers, public sector partners and at local and national Government level.
