Equity Solutions Property Services
Equity Solutions Property Services provide expert estate management and strategic planning across our asset portfolio in the health, education, commercial and residential sectors.
The team oversee all tenant lease agreements, statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance and capital works so that our assets are always being maintained to the highest standard.
Our expert estate team and turnkey service offer is well placed to support our partners’ and external client’s estate management requirements, including:

Equity Solutions provides a fully integrated healthcare planning resource.
We work with our NHS colleagues, we provide strategic direction on White and Green Parliamentary papers, we assist on system change strategies, we access NHS data to run scenarios, we forward plan the location of infrastructure, we analyse the usage profile of infrastructure, we design, build, finance and operate health infrastructure.
We help develop care pathways and ensure the infrastructure is there to support it.
We review constantly and are currently leading a series of projects which create pathogen free environments, allowing existing services to be maintained during a pandemic, providing secure environments for both patients and staff.

LumiBio
LumiBio is a game changing Infection Prevention and Control service. It creates pathogen free environments, including Sars-cov-2, providing safe environments for support staff, patients, and clinicians. This means we can create safe, secure spaces in all types of Health and Social Care spaces, from clinical to residential.
The system has a kill rate of at least 99.999% on all tested pathogens and once a full treatment cycle has been administered, it is active for at least 5 days. The pathogen control system works on all surfaces, hard and soft, including clothing, PPE and furniture.
However, our treatment cycle takes place without the need for anyone or anything to vacate the space.

Bluesky is a well-established architectural design practice. The team have a huge amount of experience working in the health and social care, education, blue light and residential sectors as well as a number of niche areas such as specialist ballistics training facilities for the Police and Ministry of Defence. Based in Stockport, Bluesky support projects across the UK.
Through our client-centred approach, we work collaboratively with clients, end users and wider integrated design teams to deliver creative design solutions for any project’s challenges. Our design team are experienced in delivering sustainable Low carbon or Net Zero Carbon projects using both traditional or off-site modern methods of construction.

North Consulting is the Equity Solutions Group in-house back-office service team. North Consulting provides a range of business services including project management, transaction advisory services, including legal and financial due diligence, business case development and bid management, financial reporting and transaction based financial modelling, property based legal services, review and origination, HR and recruitment, IT, and communications and marketing.
We offer these as stand-alone services or bespoke packages, depending on each clients’ requirements.
